    Working closely with our clients, we analyze all structures and entities, thoroughly exploring family wealth, philanthropic, legal and estate issues; investment and credit structures; tax issues and strategies; and asset allocation plans.

  3. PLANNING AND COORDINATION

    Guided by the results of our analysis, we determine an optimal approach, identifying the specific roles and responsibilities of each participating party. We detail and confirm all plans – including specific strategies, service and communication standards, and conversion specifics.

  4. RESOURCE ALIGNMENT

    We organize all the necessary resources, including human, investment, and technological. We enable client access to technology tools and confirm report parameters. We communicate client-specific investment requirements with chosen investment managers. We also prepare fiduciary and credit arrangements.

    In implementing the plan, we establish accounts, convert assets, and execute investment, financial, and family wealth strategies. We provide training on the use of technology reporting tools for family office staff and advisors. Lastly, we monitor every aspect of the conversion, providing reports and final conversion reconciliation data as needed.
