Executive Director – Sales
Tracy Nickl is executive director of sales for BNY Mellon Wealth Management. In this role, she has primary responsibility to achieve our sales goals. Her focus is on implementing best practices on a national level; identifying emerging growth opportunities; and leveraging both internal and external resources. She works closely with our regional presidents, sales managers and other business groups who share this responsibility.

Prior to her current role, Tracy was the managing director for BNY Mellon Wealth Management where she oversaw the wealth management development strategies and teams in Century City, Los Angeles and Newport Beach. Prior to joining the firm, Tracy was director of Wells Fargo's Family Wealth Group for Southern California, where the team was responsible for developing and servicing clients with $50 Million or more in net worth. This required bridging many functional areas of Wells Fargo and partnering with key family office staff and advisors in order to support these families' complex personal and business needs. At Wells Fargo, Tracy also managed the Beverly Hills Trust and Investment Group, the Los Angeles Trust Team and she was the national product manager for the Investment Management & Trust Group.

She received a bachelor's degree in mathematics and management from Simmons College and a master of business administration from Boston College. Tracy is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA).

Tracy serves on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Board of Trustees for Providence Little Company of Mary Hospital Foundation and Rolling Hills Preparatory School. She is also on the Advisory Board for Peace Over Violence (POV). Tracy is a member of the Family Business Roundtable, Planned Giving Committee for Camp Max Straus (Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters), The Community Council for Excellence, Villa Esperanza Services in Pasadena and the Palos Verdes Woman's Club.
