Harry McCormick is chief of staff for BNY Mellon Wealth Management. In this role, Harry focuses on talent related issued such as learning and development, employee engagement and education and managing the sourcing of new talent working in coordination with our business partners in human resources.

Prior to his current role, Harry was chief administrative officer of BNY Mellon Wealth Management where he oversaw marketing, training, major projects and administration for the wealth management business. Before joining BNY Mellon, he was partner and principal at The Hayden Group, a retained executive research firm. Prior to that, he was senior vice president at The Boston Safe Deposit & Trust Company/The Boston Company, chief of staff at The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco and executive vice president at The New England League of Savings Institutions.

Mr. McCormick received a bachelor’s degree from Springfield College. He is a member of the board of overseers at Joslin Diabetes Center.
