Dress for Success Mid-Fairfield County (DFSMFC) is a not-for-profit organization that has helped over 4,000 area women since being established in 1998. DFSMFC is an active affiliate of Dress for Success Worldwide, which promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Globally, Dress for Success has served approximately 300,000 women and has helped many of them to find a job and remain employed.

The Bank of New York Mellon is a proud supporter of Dress for Success and has helped found the Dress for Success Mid-Fairfield County Corporate Guild.
